OUR HISTORY
The Eta Xi Chapter of Zeta Beta Tau was established at UNC Charlotte with a vision of creating a strong and impactful brotherhood. Our journey began with the colonization of the chapter on November 2nd, 2010. This foundational moment was marked by the dedication and passion of our ten founding fathers, who set the stage for our future growth and success.
On January 27th, 2013, the Eta Xi Chapter was officially chartered, solidifying our presence on campus and in the broader fraternity community. Since then, we have grown significantly, boasting a current membership of over 60 active brothers. Our chapter continues to thrive, embracing new members who are committed to our ideals and eager to contribute to our shared mission.
Throughout our history, we have remained committed to our core values and to making a positive impact both on and off campus. Our members' dedication to service and excellence has been a cornerstone of our chapter's identity, and we look forward to continuing this legacy for years to come.
OUR MISSION
As the Eta Xi Chapter of Zeta Beta Tau, our mission is to foster a brotherhood that strives to bring out "a better man" in each of our members. We are dedicated to the ideals of intellectual awareness, social responsibility, integrity, and brotherly love, aligning closely with the mission of our national organization.
Our members are committed to personal growth and the betterment of our community. Through regular local outreach and philanthropy work, we demonstrate our dedication to social responsibility and community service. The bonds formed within our chapter go beyond the collegiate experience, creating lifelong friendships and networks that support and uplift each other.
We believe in the power of our brotherhood to inspire and transform, helping each member reach their full potential and contribute positively to society.
